When we started out in 1995, as Actors In Management, our aim was to bring the skills of acting into the general training arena; skills like being able to communicate well, of being able to work effectively in teams, and able to adapt quickly to different working environments, under conditions of continuing change, to people, timescales and resources.

Above all, we wanted to bring extremely high levels of service to our clients and to help people at all levels in the organisation achieve their personal development goals.

These continue to be our aims. By using tools and techniques developed from our backgrounds in drama, we continue to offer all our clients the highest standards of service in the areas of behavioural development, bringing theory to life and helping people develop their skills in communication and relationship management.

Our work is practical and experiential, which means we 'do' rather than 'talk'.  To simplify things we have divided our service into two inter-linked core areas: skills practice and scenarios.
